Co-managed a team of 24 students, contributing significantly to the design and braking systems of an electric all-terrain vehicle. Additionally, conducted market research, engaged with vendors, and facilitated procurement processes.
Designed and integrated a 2-DOF actuation system for AI-driven gameplay, achieving 1.5 m/s linear and 4000 RPM rotational speeds with 72 V ClearPath NEMA 23 motors; built CAD-based mounts and reinforcements, and performed extreme-condition reliability testing.
Developed drivetrain concept and CAD design for an autonomous yard-cleaning robot using 80/20 framing, redesigned leaf-blower impeller, and 48 V NEMA servo motors for uneven-terrain mobility.
