Experiences

  • Executed 3D printing tasks for academic labs and students, managing design preparation in SolidWorks, Blender, and Ansys, and overseeing part production through additive manufacturing simulations and laser cutting.

  • Formulated and devised projects using Raspberry Pi (RPi) and Python for control and automation, consolidating additive manufacturing and advanced design techniques while also handling routine maintenance on 3D printers.

  • Conducted research on perovskite systems using molecular dynamics simulations to develop phase diagrams, presenting findings to faculty members from across India.

  • Gained hands-on experience with OEM techniques through multiple industrial visits, enhancing knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.

  • Designed and integrated a 2-DOF actuation system for AI-driven gameplay, achieving 1.5 m/s linear and 4000 RPM rotational speeds with 72 V ClearPath NEMA 23 motors; built CAD-based mounts and reinforcements, and performed extreme-condition reliability testing.

  • Developed drivetrain concept and CAD design for an autonomous yard-cleaning robot using 80/20 framing, redesigned leaf-blower impeller, and 48 V NEMA servo motors for uneven-terrain mobility.

  • Worked with mechanical, controls, and fabrication teams to align design, integration, and testing across projects.
